Calligraphy is a fancy penmanship. It is a visual art related to writing. It is the design and execution of lettering using decorative alphabets.

Calligraphy club is a part of co-scholastic activities of School and intends to improve the penmanship of the students and enable them to write beautifully using variety of fonts. The club enables the students to learn basic techniques and styles of calligraphy. They are taught to pay attention on each letter and in what direction the equipment of writing should be moved.

Children are encouraged to create their own font style. Practice work is done during the club to enable the students to learn and practice the strokes well. Creativity of students is promoted by recognizing and educating the art of calligraphy through the exchange of ideas and practice.
