Admission Process

Indirapuram Public School, Crossings Republik accepts admissions for boys and girls for all classes from I to IX. Our academic year commences in April each year with registrations being accepted from September of the preceding year. We welcome enquiries at any stage of the year since we understand the problems faced by students who need to change schools in the middle of the academic year because of transferable jobs of one or both parents.

Students coming from other schools and looking to join us are required to produce a School Leaving Certificate. In cases of inter-state transfers, the certificate must be countersigned by the inspector of schools/ education officer/ any authorised signatory from the Department of Education.

Parents should take utmost care to tally the name and date of birth as given in the application form with the date of birth as has been given in the original birth certificate and/or transfer certificate. The date of birth recorded in the admission form cannot be changed later for any reason.

Important Instructions

An Application/Registration Form for admission may be downloaded from our website or collected from our reception desk, duly filled and submitted to the reception desk at Indirapuram Public School, Crossings Republik; where the student’s name will be registered for admission. Parents must fill up and sign the application/Registration form and other necessary papers with due care. In case this form is filled by a guardian, this should be stated clearly on the form.

Grant of admission will be at the sole discretion of the school.Once admission has been offered by the school, all fees are payable by cheque or Demand Draft. A place in the school cannot be confirmed until all fees have been received.

Acceptance of admission fee is by no means a guarantee of admission. The admission offered will remain provisional until all required documents are submitted and verified by the school authorities.

Note :

Parents must go through the prospectus carefully before they fill in the registration/enrolment form.

An application will be summarily rejected if any discrepancy is found between the particulars given in the form and the supporting documents.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM

Attested copies of the following documents must be enclosed along with the filled in registration forms:

  • Proof of residence.
  • Photo Identity of parents.
  • Birth Certificate (Copy at the time of registration and original at the time of admission for verification).
  • Aadhar Card
  • Previous year’s Mark Sheet (applicable for class II onwards).
  • Transfer Certificate (original at time of admission for class II onwards).
  • Five recent passport sized color photographs of the pupil.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Medical Certificate (From a Registered Medical Practitioner).
  • Vaccination Certificate
