Teachers at IPSCR are undergoing continuous training to help them in the process of becoming better teachers who can help the 21st century learners unravel their potential and achieve learning through self-realisation. Educators were made aware of the learner's Portfolio and were given a deep insight into the meaning and working of the same. The workshop taken by Ms. Joyeeta Dasgupta - AD Education ( Schools) underlined the increasing importance of the Portfolios as a tool for student growth and assessment. It also emphasised on how Portfolios offer a holistic view of a student's progress, showcasing not only academic achievements but also personal growth and character development.
