Leaders of Indirapuram Group of Institutions attended a leadership retreat led by Anand Krishnaswamy on 3rd and 4th January 2025 at Indirapuram Public School, Indirapuram.

The two-day retreat centred around themes of effective leadership. Games, discussions, group tasks, taught the cohort about steps that lead to high performing teams, how trust can be built into work relationships, how communication done well leads to a conflict free environment.

Anand Krishnaswamy is an inspiring resource person. He used his multi-sector life experience to deliver a textured, layered, nuanced, retreat that spawned challenging conversations and culminated in a tightly knit, self aware community of leaders.

Leadership meet 24-25 will be a landmark in our organisational history because of its depth and quality of engagement.
