Health Chronology Conducted A Mental Health Workshop

“Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in the heart, peace in the soul. It comes from laughter and love.”

The Health Chronology conducted a Mental Health Workshop for the Students of Classes IX and XI on October 10 on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. The Workshop aimed at highlighting the importance of Mental Health and how it should be prioritised. A short activity ‘Grounding’ was conducted which initiated heartfelt expressions of the students.

The morning witnessed an assembly by the Psychology Students of Classes XI and XII on “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right” in order to raise the awareness about mental health issues and mobilising efforts in support of better mental health.
