Best Practices
Indirapuram Public School, Crossings Republik, established in 2014 under the Indirapuram Group of Institutions, is committed to fostering excellence in education through a multidimensional approach. Its motto, "To Learn, To Strive, To Excel," reflects its dedication to academic and co-curricular excellence, shaping holistic individuals. At IPSCR, we understand that academic achievements alone don't fulfill our purpose. Thus, we emphasize extra-curricular activities to develop social skills, time management, self-esteem, and a variety of interests. Our students excel in problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration through activities like Olympiads, STEM Education, Vocational Education and more.
The highlights include the Investiture Ceremony, which installs a new Student Council annually, fostering leadership and collaboration skills. The Annual Day, SOJOURN, showcased students' creative talents, while Sports Day, NEEV, emphasized sportsmanship and organization. Numerous Inter House and Inter Class competitions further enhance students' abilities and foster a love for learning. The annual fete of the school – UTSAV is another feather of accomplishment on the school’s hat. This initiative provides an impetus to the students to be able to garner all skills of management and leadership.
The school actively supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with students leading projects that instill responsibility toward the environment. Skill Education initiatives open new career avenues, promoting overall student development. Inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci's philosophy of interconnected learning, our teaching methodology integrates Experiential and Activity-based Learning, catering to diverse intelligences and ensuring holistic progress. The school also has a calendar for Bagless Days; this also guarantees an effective implementation of Activity-based Learning, in accordance with Howard Gardener’s Principle of Multiple Intelligences, which suggests that a child may learn in different ways depending on her/his innate aptitude. We make sure that we implement all this in our extra-curricular activities to make holistic progress possible, thus creating a fruitful environment of overall learning.
At our school, we are dedicated to fostering an enriching educational environment through innovative practices:
